Farmer / Agricultural Lead — first generation, age 41
Built stocky and permanently stained with loam, Elara’s hands are calloused relics of hard labor. She possesses a dry, practical wit and views abstract debates as a waste of watering cycles.
Having lived through two harsh growing seasons post-landing, she developed a fierce expertise in local scrub-brush grafting and soil reclamation. She speaks the language of yield and blight.
She knows exactly where the pocket of non-salinated, nutrient-rich soil is, and keeping that secret gives her immense, quiet leverage.
